We arrived a day later than scheduled, my fault I am sure. None the less we were there the next night and forced to pay that night and the night before which was the date of arrival they had listed. I take blame for the mistake but would have thought they would just correct the info and not charge us for both nights? They simply told me it was policy, they told the booking agent the hotel was booked solid the night we were due to show. It was the middle of the week? Don't think so. I guess meaning they would lose money. Their pr is horrible. We won't stay with that chain again, and we travel a lot!

The customer service was outstanding, they were friendly and helpful. There was an Ice Storm the night we stayed, the hotel employee came over and assisted me with scraping off my car!!!

Housekeeping could be more discrete and less loud in the hallways during late hours. A little attention to detail would make a significant difference!!!

The Queen room was clean with a tv, microwave, and mini-fridge. Loved the indoor pool and fitness center to unwind. The breakfast had fresh croissants and plenty of options. It's super close to a Walmart and loads of restaurants, which makes it easy to grab a bite. Perfect location for Brimfield!

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was pretty comfy. Nice clean space, and the beds were definitely cozy. The mini fridge and microwave were handy, too! The bathroom could've used some more towel racks and space for toiletries, but overall, not a big deal. Breakfast was just okay, kind of bare-bones with just a yogurt and bagel. Oh, and super close to a bunch of restaurants, great!

We were invited to share chili with the staff in the evening. Cookies were available that night as well. Barbara the breakfast lady was hilarious and welcoming. She informed us of several sights to see on our rainy vacation day.
